gosh! i've been so busy for the past couple of weeks, working for the challenges that our new manager has given us. she's going to treat us dinner at Outback if we reach 105% performance level at the end of this month. of course, i don't care about this since i could eat there anytime. and so i've been working my ass off to reach 130% performance level for a 5k rustan's gift check. shopping!!! happy!!! i'm already at 127% now so i'm just 3% away from my target. we're only half-way through the month so i'd obviously get the most coveted gift check. ganda! (ricky reyes twang) unfortunately, meeting 130% performance level does not end it all. i have a $200k backlog from the second quarter of this year since i didn't work at all during that period. so i still have to work hard for this deficit. and if i make up for the deficit by the end of this quarter, i'd be getting a 13k rustan's gift check. panalo! but then again, i think it's impossible to make up for that amount of deficit with such a short span of time. isang makabagbag-damdaming "goodluck!" na lang for me. and so, i have to end this entry now and go back to work and be productive. oh by the way, i'm not eyeing for cayman islands anymore. with my performace this year, i don't think i'll qualify for the president's club anymore. sigh! *disclaimer - we are going out later to drink a few bottles of beer with our manager. so much for my work mode. |
